If you are a new customer, or have not logged in, the shipping costs will be available to you in the order summary during the checkout process. In most regions of Australia, you will have a number of shipping options available. These include Australia Post eParcel, Express Parcel Post, and Toll NQX. Each option has a different cost associated with it, and suited to a particular type of parcel:

Free Shipping: Where ever you see the “Free Shipping” logo above, this product is shipped free by Australia Post eParcel within Australia. Shipping charges will be aplied to all other items purchased that do not display the “Free Shipping” Logo. All international orders are exluded from Free Shipping offers.

Australia Post eParcel: For orders up to 20kg. Cost effective, and you may track your order online.

Australia Post Express Post: For orders up to 20kg. Fast shipping, but can be an expensive option for heavier packages over large distances.

TNT: Cost effective for larger orders, however may be expensive for those under 20kg. Orders may be tracked online. Only Shipping option available within Australia if order total exceeds 20kg.
